With mammoth hit of the first song ‘Shivane Nin Aata…. Released by Rakshita Prem, the lucky actress and wife of director Prem released the fourth song of ‘KD’ at AMB Kapali.
The pan-India film KD, directed by Jogi Prem and starring Action Prince Dhruva Sarja, is one of the most awaited films of this year. The lyrical video launch event of the fourth song from the film, a dance number titled “Sarse Sarse Ninna Seraga Sarise.
Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi, who danced to the beats of the song on stage, director Prem, Dhruva Sarja, Rakshita Prem, heroine Reeshma Nanaiah, executive producer Supreeth, Anand Audio’s Shyam, and several other dignitaries were present at the event.
Speaking at the event, actor Dhruva Sarja said that this is the fourth song from the film and the previous three songs have already become hits. “This one will also become a hit. The reason is that KVN Productions has stood as the foundation for this film. The heroine is a good performer and she has delivered wonderful dialogues in the film. We also have great support from Rakshita Madam. The captain and the real hero of this movie is Prem,” he said.
He further added that the album has become grand with the combination of Arjun Janya and Prem. “The music for the film was recorded live in London. Nowadays live music is very rare. If the album has come out so well, the credit goes to Janya. From my earlier big films to this one, Anand Audio has always taken our songs and made them successful,” he said.
Director Prem said that the audience has already made the first three songs hits and that the fourth song has now been released by Rakshita Prem. “She had also released the first song earlier. We are planning to release the trailer soon. The film will hit the screens in April. As per the plan of the KVN team, we will promote the film everywhere and finally bring it to theatres,” he said.
Heroine Reeshma Nanaiah said that Nora Fatehi is an amazing dancer and that she was very happy to work with her. She also said that the real hero of the film is director Prem.
Speaking on the occasion, Rakshita Prem said that it has been 24 years since she entered the film industry. “When it comes to KD, the combination of Supreeth, Arjun Janya, and Prem has always been successful. The film will release on April 30. All the songs of the film have already become hits and we are confident that the movie will also become a hit,” she said.
The highlight of the event was actress Nora Fatehi, who said that she joined the film team at the last moment. “Watch my dance in this song in the movie. I have already acted in South Indian films. KD is my first Kannada film. Prem is a talented director,” she said while appreciating him.
Music director Arjun Janya said that KD is his fourth film with Prem. “The entire movie has a retro style and I have composed the music in the same style,” he said.
Anand Audio’s Shyam said that the producers have huge expectations from the film. “Three songs have already become hits and there are three more wonderful songs. We expect this movie to break all the previous records of Prem,” he said. The beautiful hosting by Anushree was one of the main highlights of the event.
Songs are always a highlight in the films directed by Jogi Prem, and similarly in KD too, music has been given great importance. Arjun Janya has created magic with the film’s music.
KD features a gangster story based on real incidents that took place between 1970–75. The big-budget film is produced by Venkat K. Narayan under the banner of KVN Productions, with cinematography by William David, known for Vikrant Rona.
The film also features Bollywood stars Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, and Nora Fatehi, along with a large ensemble cast including Crazy Star Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, and many other well-known actors.
