It seems the ground is clear for newcomer Kaada Nataraj to make a big leap into the cinema industry. A clever and interesting personality from the marketing field, Kaada Nataraj has shown immense interest in making his debut film as producer and hero in ‘Kari Kaada’.
A marketing personality with good experience, Kaada Nataraj has roped in eight corporate houses for his venture. As far as making investments and bringing audiences to the theatres is concerned, proper work has been taken up with care.
‘Karikaada’ is a film written and produced by Kaada Nataraj under the Riddhi Entertainments banner. The trailer release event of the film was held recently. With its content and making style, the film has already generated high expectations. K. Venkatesh has handled the screenplay and dialogues and has directed the film.
Having already grabbed audience attention through its teaser and songs, the trailer of Karikaada is also receiving a tremendous response everywhere. Dialogues like “In the world, wars begin for one woman and another piece of land” and several other elements stand out in the trailer.
Speaking on the stage, lead actor Kaada Nataraj said, “Director K. Venkatesh and I started this cinema journey together. All seven songs in the film are excellent. Except for the ‘Ratuni’ song, the director himself has written six songs. The background score has given great strength to the film. We are confident that our film will entertain the audience and also make them emotional. Original Choice is supporting us well. The film has been made in five languages, and the Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam versions are ready. The Telugu and Hindi versions are yet to receive censor certification and will be released a week later. The Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil versions will release on February 6. Already, 100 theatres in Karnataka are confirmed. Many brand companies have supported our film. We have 100% confidence in our content; the rest is in the hands of the audience.”
Producer Deepti Damodar said, “Even though I am the producer of the film, I have not watched it yet. I am waiting to watch it along with all of you.” Apparently, Deepti Damodar, along with her daughter, participated in an emotional and touching song in the film.
Director K. Venkatesh said this film is like a festive feast. It has already been censored and has received a U/A certificate. “We have complete confidence in the film.”
Heroine Niriksha Shetty said, “Whether I appear like a gentle breeze or a storm, you should watch the film to know.” Playing a village girl was challenging, and it was difficult to adapt to the rustic village flavor, she added.
Under the Riddhi Entertainments banner, the film has been produced by Kaada Nataraj’s wife, Deepti Damodar. The music for the film is composed by Shashank Sheshagiri and Atishay Jain.
