Actor Chetan Chandra, who made his debut with the film P.U.C and later appeared in films such as Premism, is currently playing the lead role in the film ‘Obbane Shiva.’
The film is being produced and directed by V.P. Shankar under the Urban Legend banner. Obbane Shiva is being made simultaneously in Kannada and Tamil. About 80 percent of the film’s shooting has already been completed in Kolar and Bengaluru. The team is planning to release the film in April.
The film features three songs, with music composed by Sathya Kashyap. He has also composed music for a film directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Obbane Shiva is based on a courtroom drama theme, and director V.P. Shankar has written the story and screenplay.
The film has cinematography by Sajan and editing by Anbu. The cast includes Chetan Chandra, Mahalakshmi, Tej, King Mohan, Vishal, and Ratan Ganapathi.
